This hotel was the perfect choice for my New Year's eve getaway. Its central location allowed me to easily explore the city, while the friendly staff offered me a warm welcome upon arrival. The luxurious amenities, such as the comfortable beds and plush bedding, made for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the hotel's restaurant, which offered a wide variety of delicious meals.
The only negative aspect of my stay was the lack of hot water in my room. Despite the staff's efforts to fix the issue, it was never fully resolved. However, this small inconvenience did not detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to important landmarks, and the airport is just a short ride away. the restaurant has a diverse menu with delicious food that leaves guests craving for more. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a hectic day at work.
The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't seem to work properly, which made for an uncomfortable and sweaty stay. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary bottled water, and the GST calculation was incorrect, leading to unnecessary confusion and extra payment.

The hotel is located in an easily accessible spot with good restaurants nearby. the room was newly renovated and had a very comfortable bed. the staff was courteous and efficient in accommodating our requests, arranging transport, and providing tourist tips. the breakfast was good and the bar downstairs was a nice addition.
The hotel could benefit from more amenities like a pool or spa.
